With the iOS 12.1 update, Apple's processor throttling comes to the iPhone 8/Plus and X

Starting with iOS 12.1, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, and iPhone X get Apple's 'performance management' option aka processor throttling, for better or worse, right before Apple's battery replacement discount is about to expire.
