Huawei beats Apple again for second place in global smartphone shipments, as Samsung struggles

Global smartphone shipments are still declining, according to both the IDC and Strategy Analytics, but Huawei is growing, once again eclipsing Apple's numbers to rank second behind only Samsung in the vendor hierarchy.
