Should Apple just kill the HomePod with so many superior smart speakers around?

With smart speaker competition heating up like crazy and both Alexa and Google Assistant progressing at a much faster pace than Siri, we're trying to figure out whether Apple should release a new HomePod or pull the plug altogether.
